What happens if I am not in when a delivery attempt is made?
If your order has been delivered via Royal Mail First Class Delivery your local postal service will leave a calling card on their first delivery attempt. Your parcel will then be returned to your local delivery office for collection by yourself when convenient.
If your parcel is not collected it will be sent back to us within 1-3 weeks depending on delivery type. If this happens you will be charged the delivery amount again for us to re-send your order.
If your order has been shipped by courier and they are unable to deliver on the first attempt a calling card will be left, your parcel will then be available for collection at your local Business Post sorting office. Please note that if you do not collect your parcel within 1 week of attempted delivery Business Post charge £25 to retun the item to us. Unfortunately we have to pass this cost on to you, and will only waive this fee in exceptional circumstances.
