Our return policy is as follows:

All items have been sourced from high quality, reputable suppliers but if for any reason you receive an item which is broken please return it to:

Upon receipt of your faulty item we will despatch a new one to you within 24 hours and refund your return postage to you.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods there are certain criteria for returning non broken goods. If goods are being returned which are not broken then following terms have to be met:

The goods must be unused.
The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your order arrives.

Once we have checked your returned item(s) we will refund your money via the same method of payment which ws used to pay for the order originally. A re-stocking fee of £3.50 will be deducted from the amount refunded to cover our costs.
